Oh, my my! Talk about some good ice cream! It's nice to find something besides the frozen yogurt fad, or the run-of-the-mill (all about the $) franchise. This is a REAL ice cream shop, with REAL ice cream and gelato made with passion. The texture was what I remember as a kid, when we made ice cream at home. It really took me back. It's hard to find a place that takes so much pride in their culinary expertise, it shines through brighter than any other place in the area. Bob's had not only made an ice cream better than anything I've had in years, it's also brought back some long lost childhood memories. It's way different than the average cookie cutter sweet treat place. Different and better! I said it once, and I'll say it again, Bob's knows what they are doing, and it shows!

Amazing gelato! High quality; you can taste the love in their work. I had the tiramisu gelato, and it was awesome! Not too overpowering. I'll definitely be back!

Try the Butterscotch brownie gelato. It's got a great balance between the two flavors. I don't normally pick butterscotch but it's blended nicely. I also got the roasted almond amaretto, very tasty. A nice variety of gelato and ice creams.

This gelato is wonderful. Creamy and delicious. The store is really nice and kid friendly. I like keeping my $$$$ local. I tried the pistachio gelato and was happy that I did!!

I went to bobs gelato, and boy were my kids eager to meet bob ... Although I am not sure if he was having a bad day. However my children said mom he is not what we expected he did not even offer is a taste test .... But the gelato was yummy and the place was clean

I am a huge supporter of small businesses and this business has a lot to rave about. A hidden gem. A wide variety of flavors and a high quality dessert. Forget ColdStone; this is the place you need to visit to satisfy that sweet tooth.

Ice cream was delicious but the whole place needs a good cleaning. Floors were very nasty and restroom was dirty and no soap or paper towels in the restroom.

This place is amazing! Bob himself served us his ice cream. There were so many options for flavors and it was very fairly priced. Definitely will be back!

Got a Groupon for this place and it's delicious. Tiramisu gelato has pieces of ladyfingers in it. Salted Caramel, French Silk, and Irish Flaming Coffee were awesome as well. Both times we've been, they were out of Dulce de Leche so we haven't been able to try that yet! lol

Great gelatos! I took my dad here because he's never had gelatos before, and now, he definitely wants to come back! Great service as well! The Island Fudge, Tiramisu, and Vanilla are fantastic flavors to try out.

Great ice cream. Had their hard ice cream and sampled quite a few. All were delicious and I went with smores and butterscotch. Price is good and much cheaper than getting comparable flavors from cold stone. Highly recommend and can't wait to get back and try their Gelato.

We were in Brandon doing some shopping and saw Bob's Ice Cream Shop - amazing gelato and ice cream and a great choice of flavours. It's a really nice, clean shop too with nice areas to sit in. Perfect if you have kids as there's a place for them to play games. We'll definitely be going back to try out more flavours.

Great Ice Cream and Gelato. There were several different flavors and everything listed is exactly what was in Stock. There was a nice area for kids to sit and watch television or play games and the seats were comfortable. The customer service is the best I've seen in a while, I will definitely recommend them and I will be returning.

Wow!!! If you want great Ice Cream or Gelato go nowhere else! The search is over! It is right here! Bob and his wife Lisa are awesome, super nice, outgoing and very welcoming. This locally owned and operated business is new, immaculate, ultra kid friendly, three HD TV's playing the latest in animation entertainment, plenty of clean and comfortable seating. Did I mention this place is clean?! Lol. We are new to the Tampa area and have been actively exploring for some of the best places to eat and have dessert, being from Boston, living in San Diego for 16 years we know a bit about good customer service, quality food and getting your money's worth. This is by far one of those places and a must go on your ice cream and gelato radar! My wife loves the rum raisin and I get the black cherry chocolate chunk whiskey gelato, the kids switch it up every time, there are always 40 options. We go once a week since finding them and absolutely love it!
